New Homestead Law in MA

Cape Cod – Barnstable County – Real Estate Statistics

Barnstable County statistics ending February 2011, there were 2,810 Homes for Sale, 480 New Listings, 152 Sold, 258 Pended.  The Average Active Price 836K, Average Sold Price 493K, Median price 322K, average sq. ft. price 274.  The sold to list difference 89%, Average Days on the Market 168.  Information obtained from Cape Cod & Islands MLS deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
