About Patti Trudnak

Patti Trudnak was born in Bogota, Colombia, moved to the United States with her family as a youngster, and lived and attended several schools in upstate New York, Long Island and Bergen County, New Jersey. After attending business school in Manhattan and working for major corporations in New York City Patti and her husband decided to make Cape Cod home. Patti considers herself very fortunate to have had the opportunity to raise her three sons in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Her perspective is informed in part by extensive domestic and foreign travel undertaken during 5 years working as a flight attendant, a tour that concluded with the last flight out of LaGuardia airport on the morning of September 11, 2001 while tragedy unfolded below. Patti has been fascinated with real estate throughout her adult life. Soon after entering the profession in 1986, Patti discovered that in real estate, she could help people through one of the most important decisions of their lives, while maintaining the autonomy and flexibility needed to spend quality time with her sons. Patti has found that in real estate, she truly loves her job. Her clients quickly discover that Patti truly listens to what they have to say, and tailors her service accordingly. In her spare time, Patti enjoys tennis, fitness, nutrition, cooking, skiing. Patti is most proud of her 3 sons and the wonderful fathers they have become to her six grandchildren (including triplets). She gives credit to the Dennis/Yarmouth School system and the great teachers they had along the way from nursery through High School. Her youngest son, Brian Trudnak, has returned to Cape Cod and is now a local Chiropractor practicing in Yarmouth. “I might have taken living in New England for granted,” says Patti, “but I was always happy to come home and realize what a fragile environment we have here.
